Oh dear! Just paid the price for going too fast on Monday night 🙁 told myself I could stop if I could just manage 5 minutes and then kept lying to myself for the next 25 minutes! Definitely learnt a lesson. Roll on Parkrun on Saturday to lift spitits🏃🏻♀️
