Week 6 at last!

I did really well up to and including W5R3... and then went on holiday and got a cold, and then my first week back at work was ridiculous and I didn't create the space to run.

Before I knew it 3 weeks had flown by. So last week I started again and decided to repeat week 5 as my starting point. It was tough but I did it, and now finally onto week 6! Wish me luck...
