Can anyone recommend a nice simple programme for building core strength - one that does not need weights or any gym equipment?

Thanks all

Plenty of stuff on YouTube or buy a DVD or two. Rig likes Millionaire Hoy 💪

I use Jillian Michaels dvds. She kicks ass. Hers are a mixture of moves, hand weights, boxing moves, Pilates, yoga, ploy, core, abs but all brought together in short workouts. Some are longer than others so,you, get to,choose depending on how much time you have

If you check out say MH, that will give you some idea of the stuff you could be doing. Rig swears by planks, squats. He is our resident fitness guy and all round he-man so check out his posts

LOL - guess that puts the rest of us males in out place!

Your 'trigger Words' 'offend' me - I shall now go away and find a 'safe space' with dogs and play dough while penning a stern letter to the UN court of Yuman rights! LOL

Planks, planks, and more planks. Start with a short time and do them every day to build up.

Also think of it like the program and use "rest" intervals. If you want to plank for 1 min but can't, do 2x30second planks (or 3x20 second planks) with a short break in between. Soon you'll be able to do a minute.

Forearm planks are harder than wrist planks but are easier on the wrist.

Hope this helps!
