Strengthen exercises

I hear a lot about strength training being good for running but I’m a little clueless as to where to begin. Does anyone know if kettle bells will be worth buying and is there any kettle bell exercises that help running. Any advice appreciated thanks in advance.

Many folk use them... I use dumbbells... pop across to the Strength and Flex forum, where you will find some great ideas for strength and stamina exercises:)

Maybe take a look here too... I have incorporated many workouts with Amy, into my exercise routines.

Apart from running, I do plank and kettle bell excersises most mornings before breakfast, I am not sure if it's helping me with my running, however, it might be as so far I have not had any injuries from running, make kettle bells and dumb bells part of your exercise regime.
