So up to now, my runs have been either on a treadmill or laps of certain areas as I live in a hilly area so stuck to the flatter areas. Well, I decided my graduation run wasn't going to be like this and to start at my house and do a route in one big circle. Well I was amazed at how far I was after just 10 mins and when I was heading home I had to go past my house and do an extension to the loop I wasn't expecting. When I told my family of all the roads I ran without stopping, it really gave me a sense of perspective of just how far I ran. Plus the hills I had conquered! With the 5 mins warm up and cool down it came out as 4.94km. So close to that 5k!
