Thanks, went out early yesterday morning... that W8R1 done, didn't feel too bad either!

Very well thanks, just been out and done R2 was so much easier tonight than W8R1. My running partner is away now for two weeks, so I'm now debating at sticking at 28 minutes for the next couple of weeks, so we can complete it together, or whether I should just go for it!!

I did W8R2 this morning it was tough, my legs felt heavy... going to next run on Monday!
