I've done it!! 25mins non stop. I didn't use the podcast for this one, I just set a timer on my watch and listened to Spotify. I did kinda miss Laura in my ear though.
Following on from my previous post I invested in a new pair of trainers and left the knee braces at home and surprised myself. Even though the knees complained a bit it wasn't nearly as bad as run2.
I think I may listen to Laura for the first runs of the folllowing weeks then just do my own thing again.
3 weeks to go and only a few minutes more each week (I'm trying to convince myself)
