Have to say I absolutely love running in the rain. And felt I could have gone on at the end of the second run. Is this me? 😅

Well done! I did my W6R2 this morning in the rain as well! Found it a bit tough today - didn't eat well or drink enough yesterday and was feeling quite tired this morning, but I think the rain helped. Only one more run in week 6 - and that's 2 thirds through the programme!

As I left for my run this morning I was hoping for rain but no luck! It makes me feel alive and even more in touch with the world and how running seems to fit in with that. Is that odd?!

Not at all odd. Says someone who likes to sing and dance in the rain. Running is just an extension of this 😂
