I'm back!

After having a baddy calf I took all your advice and rested .....and rested. So much rest that I haven't been out since 7th July until this morning. It was now or I'd have given up totally. I was very apprehensive that all my fitness would have disappeared but I repeated w6r1 and what a surprise. I was fine. So pleased given my motivation back. Thanks to you all for convincing me to rest and I'm repaired!!!

Know that doubting feeling too well. I had a 17 day gap of no running due to injury and thought I'd undone all my hard work. First run back I ran for 20 minutes and today have run 4k so getting near to my previous fitness levels. Let's keep it up 😀
