So I have been one of the people worried that I wouldn't be able to do this run, first time to run 20 minutes in one go.

But instead of doubting myself I have changed my mindset completely and tell myself that yes I can do it, and you know what, you can, and I did.

Those little niggly voices that start to whisper after just 3 minutes for me, trying to tell me that I'm out of breath, I'm tired, I can't do it, just push on past them and say out loud if you have too, I can do it. (I run down the deserted canal and often talk back to Michael or keep telling myself i can do it 😂, you may look crazy if you're somewhere busy 😂!).

Took my naughty husky for the first time tonight, he set the pace and I ran my fastest mile yet, and when I was told I had two minutes until I finished, I had a bit left in the tank and managed to push it faster for the last two minutes.

I'm super proud of myself and now all doubts in future will be pushed aside and told to shut up!

We can all do whatever we put our minds too so just stick with it and keep going!!

Do feel super proud. You got it! Mental attitude. I talk back to Laura while running and I am in a crowded park - it helps, so I ignore any funny looks:)
