Completed run 3 of week six today and all those hills and inclines that used to be in the way and for me were a huge obstacles are now becoming much easier to handle, it used to be the case that by the end of the incline/hill I would virtually be crawling on my hands and knees when I got to the top, now I'm just out of puff but still going, but it can still be a real struggle, but I can certainly feel the benefits of the last 6 weeks. I have also come into possession of a Cross Trainer which I purchased in a local charity shop and my question is this, does a Cross Trainer help strengthen your Core Muscles?
