After run 1 of week 6 I had almost lost my faith in the programme and myself but.......just completed run 2 and yaaaayyyyy!!!! I not only did it, I sped up for the last 2 minutes and felt that I could have gone on!
Maybe Wham! helped π
Best thing is, no more interval running. To think I used to look forward to those walking intervals π
