Back on track

This morning I did my W5R3 for the second time. The first time was over a month ago but after taking a week off with a bad cold I lost my motivation for a while so I restarted at week 4 and have finally got back to where I was when I started the program. Really pleased to have made it this far again and am determined to keep going this time. The 20 minute run was really tough, seemed to feel like the longest 20 minutes ever but also as if it went really quickly! Onwards to week 6!
