Just finished my first run of week 7 and very much enjoyed the run today It's nice to get back into running. Even managed to speed up for the last minute (As suggested by Laura in the podcast) so finished today's run with a big smile on my face Haven't quite managed to get back into getting up early to run, but there we go. One thing at a time
