Completed last night. Done the first 8 minutes then felt sufficiently rested to start the next 8 mins run early. Must have been about 10 mins I actually ran for. Extremely happy with my progress and now the 20 mins run for tomorrow seems well within reach. Just hoping the knees hold out. Had to put ibuleive gel on after my shower.

Slow and steady does it! Follow the programme...Staying injury free, is paramount, as is having fun! Too many folk have gone too far too soon and faltered!
