Sadly, the t-shirt didn't arrive in time for my first Parkrun but I wore it this morning. Two people saw it!
Parkrun was great and I was pretty pleased with my time of 00:35:52 as I had never managed 5K on my training runs. I was also 1st out of my age group but that's not a great boast as there was only one other 70 year old anyway. π

Love the T-Shirt, I want one. Great time too.π Congrats. Parkrun is addictive. After a few weeks you'll be hooked. I love my Saturday mornings and Parkrun is a great way to start the weekend.
There are pinned posts to the top right of the screen (that's on a PC, not sure where on a phone) but this link will take you straight to thhat post...
That's a great time for your first 5K distance. Don't worry too much about the time it's about doing somthing to stay fit, pushing yourself to far/too fast will only stop you from enjoying it.
