Week 2 Run 1

Completed the first run of week two this evening. After having been on my feet all day helping out at the school summer fete it was very tempting to put it off, but with a blood donation session tomorrow morning, it would have meant not running until Monday.

It seems to be going okay so far, a slight aching in my shins, but my breathing definitely feels much better than it did during the first run of week 1.

I never thought I would ever say this, but I am actually looking forward to my runs. I am finding this strangely addictive.

Congrats! I just did the same run today as well, and I'm also finding that I'm looking forward to my runs :)
