Made the mistake of sleeping for a couple of hours post nights today, so midday run it was to complete W2, hot hot hot, but consistent distance & times, so pretty chuffed with myself! Not sure how I'll cope in W3 with longer runs but roll on Saturday morningπŸ˜€πŸ˜€. #embracethebeetroot
