You can do it!

Such a sense of achievement to think nine weeks ago today I did my first run and really struggled and today I ran for 34 mins and 30 seconds non stop! To those newbies just starting out, I am over weight and lazy! 9 weeks ago I did no form of exercise what so ever and running for 1 minute was such a struggle!

I did a park run yesterday and still managed to run for nearly 35 minutes today, despite my legs feeling like lead!

Good luck to you if you are just starting! You've got this!!!

Well done on your run.

BUT: Take your rest days, the injury couch really isn't fun.
