I've just installed active 5-10k trainer, I've not used it yet so can't really recommend but it has some short, long and tempo runs.
I was just looking at that one. Have you had'a chance to try it yet? I sort of feel slightly abandoned now that I've completed the c25k 😕
Ugh it's got 3 coaches but they've all got really annoying American accents!
