Well I hear this is the week that everyone dreads... the big step up! I've just completed the first run of week 5 with a hangover but feel proud I got out there instead of wallowing in bed. It's taken me double the length of time it should to get to week 5 but I do feel stronger and fitter and completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks last weekend (walking!) as a fitter me. 24.5 miles in less than 11 hours. Love this Programne 💚 and all of the inspiring people on here.
