Oh, I have seen that before Oldfloss! Hilarious! How is your leg?

I'm still sat here on the injury couch, feeling somewhat envious whenever I see a passing runner!! My back is a lot better but the sciatica has really affected my foot and recovery is slow but going in the right direction. My altered gait seems to have impacted on my piriformis and I really feel like a walking wreck at the moment! Ho hum! 😠 Focusing on work until the end of term, and the excitement of my eldest son finishing at secondary (Prom etc) so lots to take my mind off my running (or lack of)....I do so miss it though😩😩. Still, every day that passes is a day nearer to being well enough to run again. Hurry, hurry, hurry! Take care. x

Leg...Still there... I did a walk this afternoon and whilst that was good..a) because I walked to a Scarecrow festival! it was brilliant.... and b) because I managed to walk there and back..it was not good, though, because I know . now, absolutely, that I could not run on it.. and I was passed by two runners!!!! Like you.. I miss it. already!!!

As you say,keeping occupied is great,,but... I want to be out there

And, you are still in the wars...poor you!! Honestly what are we like... at least mine is just whatever it is in one place ...big hug for you!

Never, have the words slow and steady been so unwelcome to me... I want to rush things, but like you I will be patient It will happen
