Yep, the only strenuous thing I will be doing tomorrow is painting my nails to match my running vest . I have found Blue, Green and White polishes in my stash ! Ha ha

A few blips still with LMTB..It's hard..she is my babe..and being so strong..but...we will be glad when small one arrives safely. Running is my strength..my sort it out time.

Sounds like a great day you have planned tomorrow, Just what you need. Hehe I must be with my Dad fish and chips cooked in lard yesterday. Roast pork with cracking today. My weight watchers is sooooo out the window. Boy the foods good here. At least managed a 4km fast walk this morning. 😀

You can get back on track when you get back to yours , and the walks will keep you ticking over .

I am really looking forward to it , just to enjoy the event and soak up the atmosphere . Plus I can go in the Alzheimers tent after and put my feet up for ten minutes and have a nice relaxing cup of tea Ha ha ! xxx

Hi Iben !

It starts at 9.00 am our time . Weather is expected to be about 10-15 degrees with the possibility of showers , sounds like perfect running conditions !

I am wearing my baseball cap just to keep the rain off my specs just in case !

I always end up getting too hot anyway so will be wearing vest and shorts xxx

My Asics plan has given me a time of 2hr 31 mins, I will be more than happy with that .

I'm not too bothered about the time with it being my first one . This is a just -see - how -it -goes one ! xxx

2.31 will be terrific!

I think it is good to not bother too much about time when it is your first one, otherwise you could easily end up pushing yourself too hard in the beginning and not be able to finish. But you know better than that, of course.

Hope so, I guess you've noticed that my long runs havn't been so long lately Legs have been feeling a bit tired, and me generally a bit under the whether. Hoping that as long as I get out there 3 times a week that my fitness wont drop off too much. Happy Running PoppyPug
