Poppy run done!

Sorry about the pic - I'm sure that you all didn't want to see a red faced middle aged woman thrust at you! But hey, I needed a pic for posterity! Ran my virtual poppy run (with a little bit of walking) this morning - took me 45 mins, but I'm happy and I didn't find it tough; mentally feel that I can do anything now (well, within reason!). I had my music playing - Smells like teen spirit- spurring me on. But also reflecting on those brave people who selflessly work so hard to keep us safe. 🌺🌺🌺
