W6R2 - for first time 4km in whole workout, and a new mantra!

So Strava just announced the 4 km completed as Jo announced the end of the cool down. I know it's not a fantastic pace but it felt like a milestone (or kilometre stone!)

Also invented a new mantra to repeat to myself. Instead of "strong and stable", I've opted for "calm and confident" - figuring if I tell myself I am "calm and confident" often enough, then I will be!!

I certainly feel very calm after the runs.

Onwards to 25mins next time!

No embarrassing selfie or geeky Strava graph this time - for some reason it's saying "whoops - there was a problem uploading your photo"

Apologies for posting twice - something went wrong with the website!

Perhaps Theresa would have won the race with "calm and confidant".......

Though it probably slows you down running through wheat fields. On one of my routes I ran round the edge of a wheat field! Beautiful sight of poppies with the sun shining through them.

Well done you👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I will also add that W6R2 also marks the ' 200 minutes run' milestone so you should celebrate that too ( see my post earlier today)

I read on here once, someone who liked mantras found that saying ' fit' as her left foot hit ground 'and' then "healthy" as right one landed helped her no end.

Congrats and keep posting your progress👏🏼👏🏼😀🏃🏻👍🏼🥇
