Why are some runs harder than others 😖
I felt that I had a really good run Monday night,W4R2. This morning,basically the same run other than the route and some terrain, I struggled majorly.

No need to repeat W4. Just repeat W4 run 3 of you want. Some days are just harder than others. Don't stress too much. Well done for getting out there and running.
I went out to run 5k yesterday evening and was completely wrecked after 2k and started walking and running. But was happy that I went out, still more exercise than I was doing 3 months ago. I really struggled as well.
Drink loads of water the day before your run, 3 to 4 litres a day and you know what? It helps. I started using that tip which I read on this forum. Good luck.
Sometimes there is no rhyme nor reason as to why one run works and the next is a struggle. I've also said before that the crowbar yourself out of the door runs are often the best and most enjoyable!
As damienair says - if you feel you need to repeat just do run 3 again before you move on, but if you completed run 3 (no matter how bad) then move on.
