Third run of week seven completed 30mins ago in ideal conditions; cool, overcast, no wind and DRY. Instead of speeding up and emptying the tank as Jo suggested in my ears I was going really well so I continued running through to the end of the 5min cooling walk, then continued walking back to the house. What a great feeling, really buzzing.

Well done I did this on wk7r1 feels awesome!

I've put off w7r3 as blowing a hoolie with sideways rain here on the north Norfolk coast!

Fingers crossed it blows over by tomorrow!

Thanks. WK8R1 is scheduled for sat am all being well and if I'm in the same groove as today I' LL carry on through the cooling down period and then continue the brisk walk back home. You're bad weather is forecasted for N.Wales for weekend barometer's fallen this morning.

Well done!

No need to speed up at all mind you. Slow is fine, from start to finish. Honestly! Better be safe than sorry. There is absolutely no hurry with this.

Thanks M.W, I've stuck religiously to the programme all the way from day 1, same route same slow& steady pace but everything fell into the groove this morning and I just had to carry on past the 25 mins. It was one huge satisfaction when Jo said that the 5 mins cool down time was up and I still had some tiny amount of juice left in the tank
