My First 5K as Wk7R3

I had my WK7R3 today and decided to participate in a local 5K event this morning. Did seem difficult and was nervous before start.... BUT it went really well and I finished 5K with timing of 32.40... First 5K run of my life...Happy... Thanks to C25K plan an this community... Planning to keep doing same in coming weeks..

I did my W7R3 this morning too, though not as far or as fast!

But I did manage to hit 5k if you include the warm and a cool down walks.
