For various reasons - that I won't go into - I got to the end of Week 5 in the middle of May and then stopped. But today finally I got my trainers on and pushed myself out the door. I was really frustrated with myself for not getting out again sooner and was worried about how my fitness level had dropped so decided to start again at W4R1. At the start of the first run I was worried I'd made a mistake, my legs felt really heavy and I was worried I had started too far along the program again but I made to the end of that run and before I knew it it was time for the last 5 minute run. And that's when Laura's words came that I remembered from the first time I did this week - pushing yourself to the end when you're exhausted is how you start to gain fitness. And thats what I really want to do - gain fitness. I'm glad I managed to get out again and didn't let the gremlins defeat me. Good luck to everyone else battling gremlins!

That's a lovely post... Well done and welcome back. Try and post here- it really helps (well I am certain it has helped me!). All the advice and support that will get you to Graduation in approximately 4 weeks time (Gulp)
