I completed the 2 runs for week week 2 on the planned days. We we're away Thurs - Sun so I did 2 of them in a different route. It was predominantly flat which was a treat and gave me a boost.
Onward to week 3 although I'm a little apprehensive about doubling the run time to 3 minutes!
How are others relatively new to the program getting on?
