had to go back a week

To all those thinking about redoing a week ... don't think just do.

I started week 5 run 1 last week and couldn't run on my normal day which had a domino effect which meant due to real life getting in the way (no it doesn't ... well not really ... ok just maybe a tad...lol) i only got one run in last week.

I debated long and hard on what to do and the right thing was to restart the week which io did last night and boy was i glad i did.

Don't feel guuilty about having to restart a week, you will feel better for it... trust me I'm a jogger
