After graduating c25k last year I got into bad ways and let my running slip. Well to be truthful, it slipped so far - it stopped. So, I've started again! Am on W2R2 today. The great thing, is that I know I can do it and also, this time I have a running buddy who is doing the program for the first time. I will report progress on here as it gives me motivation to know that I have committed to post my progress - plus, I love reading the posts from other super athletes! Wish me luck for my third time around the program!
