I didn't expect Week 6 to be as hard as it was so I strongly advise to take it super slow 😊
Slow and steady for me. A snail's pace but I'm making it so far. Would just like to be losing more weight!!

Well done on completing week 5. That's a real milestone. As previously said just watch out for week 6 as it catches some people out. Hopefully you'll just enjoy
