Week 5 Run 3 WooHoo...

Just got back from W5R3 and the 20 minutes non stop run and can't believe I managed it (I hoped I'd be able to do it because Laura said, but you always have that doubt).

Took it nice and steady and really enjoyed it, got in to a nice rhythm (slow mind) and Woohoooo...

Looking toward to week 6 now :-)

  • Well done! I've also just done 20 minutes, did not enjoy it as it was too hard, but at least I did it, and there is a definite feeling of accomplishment. Good luck with week 6!
