I keep going out expecting Laura to tell me we're running for 25 mins but then finding it's another run-walk, much to my secret relief! Have enjoyed runs 1 and 2 but now realise that the next one is def 25 mins, and I'm a bit apprehensive!
I remind myself that if it's too tough I can just keep trying until I can do it.
I think at some level I'm assuming it was just a fluke that I managed 20 mins in W5

Of course you can do it! Be positive and you'll be just fine π
I was the same. 20 was hard. How is 25 possible. But believe me, it is. I did it. More than once now so it's not a fluke. Just trust the programme and go for it.
Wow, someone who liked going back to the interval runs in W6. You are a rare find. Most of us struggle with these runs (I did), so if you can pass round a little of what you've got in the way of advice to others you will be very much in demand.
As for W6R3 (one of my favourites), did you like W5R3? Did you like the sense of achievement running that 20 mins gave you?...Well then you are going to love you next run.
Go out nice and slow, keep that steady pace and don't focus on the time. Do what you did last week and you will do it... you've got this!!
You'll be fine! If you can do 20 minutes, you can do 25. You'll probably find you get into a rhythm and it'll be over before you know it! Enjoy it π
Thanks everyone - I just did it!! Can't say I enjoyed it but I managed it without any drama and I feel great now - especially when Laura said I'm officially a runner! Thanks for your support x
