I know! This is the girl who dreaded PE! And cross country at school and scarred for life by effing sports!
This feels wierd to say but when sarah M has said in her cute Geordie ‘go’ I’ve thought you know what I’ll just keep going to Next lamp post and Next corner then Next landmark etc and it was easier to just keep doing my mental looking lite jog ! ! !
I ended up ‘jogging’ For 25 mins on my last week of week 3!!!!
I run on flat country lanes. I’m elated and obviously have a 16 stone body built for endurance (not speed)! This is an absolute first for me x thank you to you and all who are so kind - to another me out there: you’ve got this!
