Had not run for 12 days due to stressful events again . Wasnt sure whether to repeat run 1 of week 5 but just decided to do run 2 and was ok . Run 3 completed today , legs felt like lead at first and when Sanjay said thats you ran 5 minutes , I thought is that all but from then was ok . Found a nice wee route with a bit of everything , through a wood , cross country , a few hills , best bit was downhill near the end which helped. Roll on week 6 , getting there

Great Job. Well done on completing the dreaded week 5. Remember, run can help stress if you feel up to it :)
