I've started week 3! A bit delayed due to the heat wave, i was so nervous about running for 3 minutes- but I need to learn to trust the programme! Each stage I have managed to step up to it, and so I just need to concentrate on each run rather than worrying about how I;ll ever get to the end goal! I'm starting to tone up and I'm feeling really good. I think the running bug is just starting!

I didn't trust programme but it proved me wrong time after time. Trust it and believe in yourself because you CAN do it :)

Yes! Totally trust it I, ran for 28 minutes AGAIN today I thought I was going to throw up in week one or that my lungs would burst but now I can honestly say that after the first ten minutes when I have to really focus on not letting those gremlins get ahold I feel like I could just run and run Forest Gump style. I don't run for longer than it says because I don't want to get injured but will keep building each week.

Stick with it! I'm on week 8, the time goes so quick just remember those rest days.
