Im new here and the thought of running was quite scary.
So week 2 run 1 in the bag.
I thought it would be awful moving onto week 2 but how wrong was I, even found myself laughing to myself that I had missed counted and still had another 90 seconds left of running after I thought i'd finished.
Being a smoker i'm finding a great side effect of C25K is that i'm wanting to smoke less and less. Hopefully ill put down the fags altogether soon.
Wish me luck..xx

Well done to you Gem0903 you are already seeing how much fun it is to step up the challenge each week. Just remember to take each run at a time and no run is bigger than the last. The walking and running will steadily build your stamina to allow you to progress.
As an ex-smoker I know how hard giving up can be (I gave up many times) that is until you have the right incentive, hopefully running will be yours!
