I'm just super proud of myself. I started as a very hesitant, middle aged, over weight woman with aching legs, after run 1 at the end of Sep. I've done a run every other day, and just completed W5R3 🤩 Literally didn't think I'd get beyond week 1. Thank you for all your help in the early days. The pre/post stretches have been amazing, and the general enthusiasm of this group has kept me going. I'm bouncing towards week 6 with a real sense of achievement 😀

Another whoop whoop coming your way! I think that's the run where you realise you really can do this. Like others have said, stay slow at the start of W6, the return to intervals can make it look easy compared to the run you've just done and so people can set off too quickly. Keep up the great work!
