I did it!!!

I would not have believed 9 weeks ago that I could run for 30 minutes but today I graduated.

What a fabulous plan this is!!

I’m so proud of myself and I think I grinned like a Cheshire Cat the whole way round.

Thank you to everyone on this wonderful forum for the advice and the encouragement.
