I am really excited about using this app. Hoping that it will keep me motivated to finally get dit. Not a natural long distant running as I prefer to sprint as I am impatient! Next run will be my 4th and I am surprised how much I have enjoyed it so far.

Lol. We shall see. Not ran for over 20 years until now but appear to be getting back into it. 4 months to get into my wedding dress is a great motivator. Thanks for responding to my post.
