So it's been a year since I started c25k. Got to week6 then chucked it. Various health issues which still plague me but hopefully I'll finish this time.

Sorry about the health issues, but this could be of real benefit? You have been here before and you know the form.
The only way to that Graduation programme if you want to enjoy the runs, ( which is the general idea) and stay injury free is...slow and steady!!!
Rest days, they are, as you know, essential and other exercise on those days too, all this may help you stay on track.
Keep posting...you know we are great for support, motivation and the odd shove if needed!
