Back to C25K for the second time,

Started from week one and enjoyed it immensely, unfortunately this time round i'm on Beta blockers. Any advise on this would be appreciated as it was harder this time than i thought it would be. Not too out of breath, just heavy legs at the end.

No running advice, sorry. Just make sure the Doctor has said that it's ok to start the program.

Good luck :)

You could slow it down a bit. Also, did you check with your doc that running is ok?

Yep, they are happy. Had lots of discussions with them after the heart attack. Wish i'd spoken to them before i did the first c25k i may not have decided to go on to the 10k version. That did me i big time.
