I certainly had the gremlins doing their best to sabotage my running plans this morning!! Really struggled to get out of bed and then found the first 10 mins hard work. But I kept with it and the second 10 mins seemed much easier - helped by my rather eclectic taste in music !!- I managed to up my pace for the final minute and felt like I could've kept going. Feeling a bit apprehensive now as that's the interval running finished - but I hope I will cope ok with the longer runs from now on. Hope everyone else is having a good week 😊
