Finished week 5 this morning in perfect weather conditions and loved it! Once in a rhythm the time flew by and I actually enjoyed it! My thirteen year old son was amazed that I did it! Can't wait to start week 6 on Friday morning! Those of you attempting it tomorrow good luck relax and enjoy its not as bad as you think!!

Brill, well done you; completed my wk5r3 this morning and likewise eagerly to get to grips with the ' challenge ' of week 6 on sat morning.
Well done mines on Friday morning was no way as bad as I had feared and actually looking forward to running again!
