ive just completed w5r3 i cant beleive how far ive come in such a short space of time. the best part was i could still breathe at the end yet 5 weeks ago i couldnt breathe after 1 minute let alone 20. when i got to the tough bit where my legs are screaming stop at me laura pipes in and tells me im halfway through which is so motivating and once you get to the last 5 mins endorphins kicked in and carried me through to the end. again it is a mental challenge although i think my legs are still going to feel this one tomorrow. im so loving this running lark.
