Yey !!! W5r2 done

Can't believe that I have just completed w5r2. Never in a million years did I think I would be running for 8mins none stop x2. Looking back to week 1 and 2 I thought I was gonna die running 90 secs 😂 the last minute used everything I had though. Not sure how r3 will be but hey ho for now I'm buzzing. Now for a 10 hrs shift at work but hopefully a little more energised loving this programme.. 😊

mandy17william you are doing yourself a disservice in your post title. Congratulations on completing W5R2.

R3 is one quite a few dread, but it is also probably the most rewarding. You've done the groundwork, if you are struggling towards the end then pace yourself a bit slower to start - you've got this!!

Haha yeah just noticed the title thanks. Gonna slow the pace a little from the start of r3 and even more as it goes along and hopefully get through it. Thanks for the advice 😊
