I originally started the program back in January and got to week 7.I felt great but simultaneously picked up an injury and then did a spectacular impression of Ronnie Corbett when he fell off the treadmill in the Peter Kay video and injured myself further. It's taken ages to both recover and get my confidence back but yesterday I restarted the program. I've gone back to week one both to build up confidence and prevent picking up an injury. I'm going to make sure I rest correctly and aren't tempted to skip rest days. Looking forward to feeling fit again.
