So I'm still going! (4.46km in 30 mins today)... and I have started venturing out and really enjoy it! I walk to the end of a 0.5km drive then run!!!

Today I saw two other morning runners and a car... I have to be honest there was no pain at all! We have a good morning and went on our ways! So if you are feeling self conscious DON'T! You always feel worse than you look! And in terms of the car I just felt really smug 😱
